Daria Kaur

Anastasiia is a Russian native with an excellent command of English and a good level of the German language. Has more than 6-year experience in journalism. Now she is a freelance journalist for a journal Gorod812, media-group Agency of Journalistic Investigation (www.online812.ru). Her job is to write reports, interviews and analytical articles on social, political, educational and cultural events and problems. She has been working for Gorod812 since 2011, writing from time to time for other media, e.g. for a magazine Tainiy Sovetnik (******) and a newspaper Novaya Gazeta (******). From winter 2016 until spring 2017 she also worked as a copy editor at a dubbing studio.
She received her Bachelor degree in journalism and Master degree in Religious Studies from St. Petersburg State University in 2011 and 2015 accordingly. In 2011 her investigation of activity of the youth political movement, supported by Russian President and ruling political party earned her a prestigious journalistic award Golden Pen in nomination "Perspective". In 2012 she received the same award in the nomination "Covering economic sphere".
