Tadese Abebe is a journalist based in Welkite, Ethiopia. As a professional with over 12 (Twelve) years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, and program management. My experience in different communication-related disciplines has prepared me well to contribute significantly to your organization. Having had considerable experience in creating and implementing communication strategies and developing internal communication solutions in different environments, I am comfortable working in a more challenging environment. I have displayed a knack for dealing with crisis situations in a prompt and calm manner. I have repeatedly demonstrated grace under pressure and a capacity to juggle competing priorities. I am also proficient enough in Afaan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages. At the moment I was an Assistant professor of journalism and communication and  serving as the Vice dean of College of Social Sciences and Humanities at Wolkite university.

I have a Bachelor of Arts and Masters degree in journalism and communication which was attained from Addis Ababa University. I understand well the power of the right message delivered to the right audience at the right time. My written communication skills are excellent, and I am effective and articulate in conducting radio interviews. I’m creative, energetic and searching for a company in which I can use my experience to advance both my career and to help organization meet their goals.
